Abby Shoneff is an integral part of Melissa’s team, supporting both clients and operations with a high level of organization, care, and attention to detail. She plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and seamless experience, helping clients feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.

Abby is known for her responsiveness and thoughtful approach, always taking the time to understand each client’s needs and provide timely, reliable support. She works closely with Melissa to help coordinate planning, manage client communications, and keep everything running efficiently behind the scenes.

She is passionate about creating a positive client experience and takes pride in building strong, lasting relationships through clear communication and genuine care.

Outside of the office, Abby enjoys spending time along the Central Coast, exploring local beaches, and staying active with her husband and their two boys.
